Set up of the online registration form

We set up the registration form of your event to collect all the necessary data. Our flexible registration platform adapts to any type of events, offering single and group registration, also for series of events. We can include any type and number of options, including the sale of merchandising items. The online registration can be embedded in your event website, we adapt the look and feel of the form and e-mail confirmation to your brand identity and translate them in as many languages as required for an optimum user experience.

Online self-service

We can send the participants an individual link allowing them to access their registration data, modify it themselves and pay any additional fees incurred by the modification. This is especially useful to let participants register for more events in a series or enter their time and upload a picture in the case of virtual events.

Payment processing

We can collect payments for you using Stripe and transfer the amount to your account every month or fortnight.

We can also simply link the registration platform to your own Stripe account. You then receive the amount of each registration within a few working days and are able to process potential refunds yourself.
